I think beginning of next week I'm gonna start recording some training footage. Although this is not a fitness dominate community, people who are interested can chime in and exchange knowledge.
Good timing too i guess, I will be deloading next week so you won't see me ego lift haha. On a side note i was able to push out 3 reps on the OHP with 245. Don't try this unless you are super confident!
Should you do 5x5 squat after 5x5 deadlift?
That's how I've been doing it for the past. I don't do high intensity so I think its fine.
It really depends on your goals
I actually never do squats and deads on the same day. I learned my lesson from straining my lower back. Or maybe I just feel that I need to let my back rest up first before going through some major poundage, that came out very homoish. NO HOMO
